I am a 53 year old women with a zest for life.  I am an Empowerment Facilitator, enhancing personal and professional development.  I have three grown sons and five grandchildren.  My professional background includes working with special needs children in elementary schools and I also worked as a Program Coordinator at a Family Resource Centre.  I have a passion for families and have developed many programs to enhance the family unit. 
I love nature and love to camp and canoe.  I feel very connected to the earth and the turtle represents my female energy with the raven representing my male energy.  In researching my geneology I have found connections to the MicMac people and I am very proud of that heritage.  I know that the current program I teach can change lives.
